
David is an experienced drama editor and is a member of British Film Editors (BFE).
His recent credits include Jed Mercurio's thriller "Trigger Point" starring Vicky McClure. The first season won Best New Drama at the NTA awards in 2022 and was ITV's highest rated drama of the year pulling in an average of 9.5 million per episode. He has also edited 4 episodes from the upcoming season 4. Other notable work includes the lead block of ITV thriller "Payback" starring Morven Christie and Peter Mullan and "DI Ray" starring Parminder Nagra and Gemma Whelan.

David has worked in the tv industry for more than 25 years. He started his career as a runner when he was 18 before joining the BBC as a trainee in London. As as staff editor he worked on a wide range of high profile drama, entertainment, sports and children's television programmes. Highlights include editing in Beijing, Rio and London on the Olympic Games. World Cup's in Brazil, South Africa and Germany and European football championships in Austria, Poland and France. He also edited films for the prestigious BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
