David is an experienced drama editor and is a member of

British Film Editors (BFE).

 

His recent credits include Jed Mercurio's thriller "Trigger Point" starring Vicky McClure which won Best New Drama at the NTA awards in 2022 and was ITV's highest rated drama of the year pulling in an average of 9.5 million per episode. He edited block one of ITV thriller "Payback" starring Morven Christie and Peter Mullan and "DI Ray" starring Parminder Nagra and Gemma Whelan.
David has worked in the tv industry for 25 years. He started as a runner at Elite Television in Leeds when he was 18 before moving to the BBC in London. He has edited a wide range of high profile drama, entertainment, sports and children's television programmes.
